Return Policy

 

1.0 Domestic Return

We accept return up to 7 days after you receive your order. Please take note that coupons and delivery charges are not refundable.

If you are returning a product, please contact us at support@topgirl.com.my first. Please ensure that:

  • Items are in their original packaging as how it has been delivered
  • The product tag is still intact
  • They are unwashed and unworn

If breaches on any of the conditions above occur, we hold the rights to refuse a return.

Note:

  • All sold items are exchangeable and refundable in the form of store credits only. In the event of a refund, store credits will be issued to you. Your store credits are valid for one (1) year only.
  • Sale items, panties, inners, inner leggings, hand socks and foot socks are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable. 
  • Only one-time return for each order is allowed.
  • Orders that are made using store credits are not considered as new orders. The items purchased using store credits are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable.  

 

2.0 Returning to Online Store

Customers who are returning their product(s) are advised to use a delivery service that allows you to track the delivery status of your parcel, as we do not bear the responsibility if the parcel has gone missing.

2.1 Cost of Return

At all returning situation, customers have to bear the cost of returning the items unless due to:

  • Defective item
  • Mistake caused by our side

 

3.0 Returning to Retail Stores

Item purchased at TOPGIRL Online Store may be exchanged at TOPGIRL Semua House Retail Store (subject to availability).
Please contact us at support@topgirl.com.my first before returning to our retail stores.

 

4.0 International Return

All international return needs to be returned within 15 days after receiving. Customers have to bear the shipping fees. All returned item will be inspected and may be refunded in store credits. In the event of a refund, your store credits are valid for one (1) year only.

  • Sale items, hand socks and foot socks are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable. 
  • Only one-time return for each order is allowed.
