Is my order shipped?

Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped.


How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
Delivery period usually takes 2 to 3 working days for West Malaysia and 3 to 5 working days for East Malaysia. However, delays do occur at times due to unexpected circumstances. For international delivery period, please click here for more information.

Do you ship to international locations?
Yes! Please click here for our shipping international locations.

2. RETURN - DOMESTIC

How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer support at support@topgirl.com.my and read the Return Policy before returning the item(s) to us.

Can I return the item(s) back to your outlets?
Yes, item purchased may be exchanged at TOPGIRL Semua House Retail Store (subject to availability).
Please contact us at support@topgirl.com.my first before returning to our retail stores.

Can I get a refund for the returned item(s)?

Refunds are given in the form of store credits. You may use the store credits for future purchase at our online store only. 

How long do I have if I want to return my purchase(s)?
You have up to 7 days, starting from the day you received your order, to return your purchase. 

How long does it take to process my return?
We seek to process the return within 5 working days.

Can I return a worn or washed item? 
Unfortunately, items which are washed or worn cannot be returned. 

The refund I received is incorrect.
We are sorry that we have refunded the wrong amount. Please contact our customer support at support@topgirl.com.my

Please note that amount refunded might be incorrect due to the delivery charges.

Do you accept returns from international orders?
We do accept returns from international orders. However, we refund all purchases in store credits only.

How refund is given for international orders?
We refund all purchases in store credits. The refund are only given to the amount of the item(s) returned and does not include shipping fees. You may use the store credits for future purchase at our online store only.
